About the Role
The Capacity Development Coach is responsible for enabling former refugees and their communities to prosper through the power of their own ideas. Through the establishment of an Incubator Hub, the Capacity Development Coach will enable new and emerging communities to achieve positive and sustainable settlement outcomes for the long term.
Reporting to the Program Manager, this position, funded through the Department of Social Services (DSS) Settlement, Engagement & Transition Support - Capacity Building program (SETS-CCB), will aim to increase the social participation and economic and personal well being of new and emerging community members.
There are two or more positions available on a part time maximum-term basis. (Totalling 1.0 FTE)
